La propreté, le confort, les activités proposées et le personnel

Les piscines ferment vers 17h, un peu tôt alors quil fait jour et beau jusque vers 18h. Les horaires des toboggans pourraient être étendus.

Struttura meravigliosa, soggiorno ottimo, camera molto bella e pulita, piscine da sogno e ristoranti di ottimo livello.

L'unica cosa negativa che segnalo è che è stata effettuata una transazione sulla mia carta che non hanno segnalato, nonostante fosse previsto il pagamento totale in loco, la preautorizzazione si è trasformata in addebito. Dovrebbero rivedere le procedure sull'utilizzo delle carte di credito, anche per la sicurezza lato esercente (sono un'albergatrice e conosco molto bene le procedure di validazione delle transazioni manuali).

Albergo molto, molto pulito. Personale di una gentilezza unica, sempre sorridente e disponibile.Camere molto belle e pulite giornalmente. Cibo a volontà e anche molto buono, con grande varietà. Spiaggia molto bella con accesso da due pontili per fare snorkeling. Animazione brixia divertente, varia e con diversi show di danza. Staff molto accogliente e simpatico. Speriamo di tornare al più presto .

Mooi resort, mooie zwembaden en tuinen. Heel netjes. Het personeel maakt dat je een super vakantie hebt. Heel vriendelijk, ze doen alles in hun mogelijkheid om het voor jou zo relaxed mogelijk te maken.

Het was heel druk aan de zwembaden. Het zijn dan ook 3 hotels op 1 domein.

È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza con gentilezza. La struttura è perfetta per famiglie con bambini, l'acquapark è meraviglioso. Il cibo è molto buono, sia a pranzo che a cena ci sono proposte nuove ogni giorno. Le camere vengono pulite in modo accurato.
