Saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Schönes groß angelegtes Hotel. Das Essen war in Ordnung und war für jeden was dabei.

Viele Menschen mit wenig oder gar keinen Manieren… Die Musik beim Pool war unserer Meinung auch etwas zu Laut. Die Zimmer die wir bezahlt haben gibt es in dem Hotel nicht. Wir haben ein Delux doppelzimmer gebucht und waren von den Fotos überzeugt. Leider wurde uns in der Rezeption gesagt dass es sich bei den Fotos um das Palace handelt… Sie verkaufen also mit Fotos Hotelzimmer die ihnen nicht gehören. Wir konnten das Zimmer zwar wechseln aber immer noch nicht in das von uns eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer. Die Teller beim Buffet waren leider aus Plastik, was mich etwas gestört hat. Die Gläser waren allerdings aus Glas aber manche nicht sehr gut gesäubert. Die Verkäufer beim Pool waren auch ziemlich aufdringlich und haben Aktivitäten sowie Massagen oder Friseurbesuche sehr Teuer verkaufen wollen.

Bella la possibilità di avere anche disposizione più ristoranti tra cui uno che ti dà la possibilità di fare la "TARDA COLAZIONE e la TARDA CENA", così da non essere troppo condizionato dagli orari. Staff sempre attento e belli anche gli scivoli per tutte le età.

Forse l'unica pecca ma ci sta, avevamo la stanza al terzo piano ed era un po scocciante salire e scendere, ma è giusto un dettaglio

The meat and fish were so tasty, they know how to cook it. Good location.

Upon arrival, the toilet was dirty, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was very inappropriate toward my girlfriend, both when she was alone and when we were together. She was repeatedly subjected to verbal harassment during our entire stay — something we had never experienced before. In what is supposed to be a 5-star resort (as listed on Booking), one expects discretion, professionalism, and a certain level of privacy. Unfortunately, the staff at Pickalbatros lacked all of these qualities. They were intrusive, constantly making jokes about Italians that became irritating after just a few hours — let alone five days. On the second-to-last day, the room was cleaned but no towels were left for the shower. We had to call reception three times and ended up waiting over an hour before receiving them. Completely unacceptable for a resort that claims to be five stars. The gym was in terrible condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and with several machines out of order. The lat machine couldn’t be used, and the staff member present didn’t even know why. Breakfast was also rather disappointing, with a limited selection and average quality.

E’ il secondo anno che torniamo con la famiglia e penso di continuare in questa tipologia di vacanza!

Il villaggio è molto grande: in realtà sono tre villaggi uniti e puoi muoverti liberamente in tutte le aree. inoltre sei attaccato alla piccola città e si può andare a piedi per una passeggiata la sera. gli scivoli una alternativa al mare divertente.

Ho visitato molti villaggi in Egitto e posso dire che, pur non paragonando mai il cibo al livello della cucina italiana, il confronto che faccio è con altre strutture della stessa zona. Da questo punto di vista, la qualità non è al massimo: i piatti sono sempre gli stessi e persino la pasta aveva spesso le loro spezie, che ne alteravano il sapore.

Çok güzel bir tesis. Kendi resifi var ve akvaryum gibi. Gerçekten inanılmaz. Tur felan satın almayın. Sadece maske yeter. Otantik ve güzel binaları var. Ahmed bey çok başarılı ve yardımsever biri. Bizi çok iyi ağırladı.

Alkol kalitesi daha iyi olabilir.
