Horrible staff, they lock the front doors at night. It says 24/7 front desk but it's not. Beds are as hard as the floor

I didnt like anything about the property, staff were rude and disrespectful. They were really nosey and watched everything you did, they even walk in your room when your sleeping.

When I booked this through Expedia I did not see it stated anywhere that this place is not pet friendly. I am a senior travelling from Ontario to BC to visit my son and have my small dog accompianing me. After driving all day and arriving at 12:30 am, I was told that I would have to leave my dog in the car, or forfeit my room fee. Due to the seediness of the hotel and area, I decided to stay with my dog. The hotel refused to refund my room fee, and said I would have to go through Expedia for a refund. This was a very disappointing experience all around.

Not at all what I was looking forward too. The hotel rooms are just like dorm rooms and the carpets were nasty. The ceiling was dripping yellow water. Very disappointed with my stay.
