Grand Royal Legacy

The place is horrible it smells smokey and they do not have anything organized, no room key. Everytime i leave the room they have to open it

It wouldn't a fit hotel to stay in Dangerous area and a dirty spot

Staff was super nice and we even spent an extra night. The only issue was that many areas were grimy and uncleaned, and lots of sketchy people in the area

the staff was friendly helpful and patient but the rooms were not worth the rate with single beds and surcharges for couples no cups or coffee in the rooms but in all fairness, they have greatly improved an old dump of an old hotel into a moderately friendly environment some nice creature comforts would go a long way to making it more comfortable and welcoming that is why I would say it is the average stay. but top-notch staff and management

I booked this because its the nearest to the clinic where my son has an appointment. When I saw photos in Expedia, it looks okay. When I saw the price, I was expecting a decent hotel. It was an old hotel, some parts are renovated not done by professionals, its like a patch work. Cleanliness, it was done in maybe in a limited budget. The room, and overall maintenance is too expensive for what its really worth. Compared to other hotels that we booked, this could be around $70-80/night, not $140/night.

Dirty not worth the money paid

We couldn't stay there we felt not safe and had to find a different motel. Wish I could get back my money.

I booked a king size bed but was offered a twin bed instead
