Curtains maintance

One thing that is still on my mind...is that amazing view you get from the room. It was absolutely breath taking. Thank to the friendly staff member who assisted us to our room.

The only issue I had was the broken Iron Board in my room

The bar fridge is too small. A bigger size will be convenient for self catering

The place itself. I've stayed in room 101. 105. 102. All the 1st floor. Nice views

I've been staying at this facility constantly. However my last stay was apolying. The new receptionist didn't know what his doing. I was moved from room 101 to room 4. Which they made an acception that I check in at 13:30. However I ended up being checked im normal time at 15:00. He didn't even know how to cut the room key. 😒 its not nice at all

The view itself from the room towards the outside of Cape Town and the sea forth. The room was clean ,neat, and tidy.

Fix the shower head of room 104 . The fridge is a bit too small ,hence the size of the room.

I liked that it was clean and beautiful.

The parking is small and not well-constructed and not enough. The road to the apartment is very steep.

No Breakfast on offer but I have stayed there many times and knew that. The rooms are clean comfortable and has a very good shower, The location is very good and close to the boardwalk. The lady at the front reception desk was excellent and very friendly and accommodating.

the property itself is a a little run down and has a lot of damp problems which they always seem to be fixing but never seems to actually get done and look good and this has been the case for a good few years now. The seating area tables at the reception area and decor needs attention.
