Did not have the breakfast

The electrical plug by the bed did not work and also the bedside lamp

It was very comfortable and homey

I arrived and the towels were not up to standard but immediately went to reception and was able to get new towels immediately

Nothing, except the security guard he was helpful

Nothing like the pictures my room was downstairs dark very very small with walls that’s covered in mould by the bathroom,king size bed you can barely walk around no space it’s more like a cottage not a luxury apartment especially for the price dirt bathroom I’ll attach pictures Receptionist sounded very irritated when I asked her about our room the entire staff was useless no straight answer only got assistance after 24 hours with no working plugs totally absurd I’m not sure why it’s even on booking dot com and also apparently booking dot com is reliable for the fake advertising the rooms are nothing like the pictures and they kept on insisting that I chose that room it’s hilarious actually

Poor service, the sheets are not cleaned and towels are not even replaced. The parking space is very terrible. You need to beg for your room to be cleaned
