Geweldig hotel!

Great accommodation, staff were quite unprofessional. Answering the phone whilst I was checking out, didn’t give me a receipt vos too busy on the phone whilst checking me out. Didn’t even say thank you of goodbye. When my husband checked in the reception staff had an argument with each other in front of him!

Området er helt perfekt til en aktiv-ferie. Men værelset var ikke super godt - der lugtede underligt. Man skulle bede om rene håndklæder hvis man ønskede det, men vi skulle spørge /rykke mange gange før de kom med håndklæderne. Da vi ankom var terrassen som hørte til værelset meget ulækker med cigaretskodder, rødvinsrester og toiletpapir overalt. Vi bad flere gange om rengøring af terrassen og det skete bare ikke. Morgenmaden var simpel men rigtig fin - god kaffe. Flot udsigt fra restauranten over området.

Top notch property. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The restaurant at the property serves a set course meal worth of a Michelin star. Rooms are huge and very confortable. Unfortunately check in is at 5 pm and check out at 10. Pool does not open until 1 pm and closes at 7 pm so you need to stay at least 2 nights if you want to use it.

None of the amenities listed were actually available, we had 2 bathrooms but 1 didn’t even have a sink for people to wash their hands so the kids were in our restroom whenever they needed to use the toilet, no AC when above 31C and poor room air circulation. Staff were also fairly rude.

The hotel is gorgeous! The view is amazing, the rooms are big and very confortable. Luxury and modern, a real treat! A great place to see the Park and all its activities. The 2-bedroom appartement had everything we needed! Awesome example.

The hotel was very nice. The room just felt very claustrophobic with no windows. It had a door but that couldnt be left open or seen from the bed.
