Halifax Tower Hotel & Conference Centre, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Nice clean hotel. Hotel has an odd set up but nice beautiful open space. Breakfast was great. Room was clean . Customer service ( Gabriel) was fantastic and deserves a raise. We will be back

The hotel itself is beautiful. It's a fairly new building, very clean amd tidy. The staff was great and friendly. The pool was beautiful as well. BUT the best was the breakfast. Included in the price was a full hot breakfast. Ric, our breakfast attendant was great and our family had a good chat with him.

Truly a 5+ hotel in Halifax, the service is impeccable. I am a quadriplegic in manual wheelchair and they went out of their way to make sure I had an outstanding stay with them, I stayed here for five days. The Service here is over the top, every employee goes out of their way to ensure your stay as rememberable. My caregiver went to ask about a commode. They said they didn’t have one, but the assistant manager was on it. They went in town and purchased one for me and a shower chair. No other hotel would ever do that. For an average of $243 a night it is well worth the money. The place is beautiful. The rooms are humungous and the most important thing for an individual in a wheelchair, The height of the beds are approximately 26 inches a lot easier to get into bed from the wheelchair. Most hotels have their beds at approximately 36 inches which is a challenge for most people. The free hot breakfast is outstanding all the choices, pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon and much more. The swimming pool area is beautiful with a large heated swimming pool and hot tub. My caregiver had mentioned that I had a difficult morning the first morning and the maintenance manager gave us his business card and said if I fall or anything else all she has to do is call his number and he would be there right away. Like I had said this is a superior hotel, well worth the money

great experience.. our 4th times staying in this hotel and never disappointing me especially the breakfast the staff is very nice and accomodating.. Ric thank you so much for a warm welcome your are very accomodating defintly will ccome back again

Très beau design! Hôtel très confortable qui offre un très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Il est facile d'accès bien qu'il soit un peu éloigné du centre de Halifax. Le parking est gratuit. Le restaurant au rez-de-chaussée "le Rouge" est excellent. Nous y retournerons.
