Nice clean facilities with beautiful views and great food

The restaurant and pub are on site. Friendly wait staff. Room was spacious and had a great view.

We had several meals there during our four day stay. The food quality was inconsistent. Some meals were served cold and others were served overcooked. They mentioned they were short staffed for servers, but we experienced lower food quality even when there were hardly any other customers. Even with fewer customers the wait time to get served seemed excessive. We stayed there last month and everything was good. Not sure what has led to the inconsistency.

We love the location and the view of the lake.

Fantastic location. Woke up to Deer outside my door :) The restaurant food was excellent! Staff were all excellent too.

The free wifi was not great

You hear noises at night

Room was clean , bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect

No utensils in the room to use for coffee or tea.

Beds, bedlinen, room was all excellent. Staff was very helpful and pleasant

I had problems communicating with the hotel prior to arrival. I did not get response from leaving phone message or email. Checked that email was correct
