The Host was awesome. Easy to communicate with and very helpful with accomodating our check-in times. The Host was also very willing to assist with all of our requests.

We have no complaints. The Villa was as pictured and host was great.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained with staff on premises if anything goes wrong. Bian and his team were very helpful and were able to arrange food basics when we arrived and were also able to get us scooters at short notice!

The staff were lovely and so helpful and accommodating and the property itself is stunning, much more beautiful than the pictures if you can believe it.

The villa was very nice and looked as it appears in the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were spacious, and the master suite was grand. The air conditioning worked well and there were ceiling fans. The Villa Manager, Bian, was there to greet us on arrival and permitted a slightly earlier check-in, which was appreciated. He was contactable and responsive for the duration of our stay. He also accommodated an extra 2 guests at short notice, arranged a roller bed and arranged the return of some lost property to me. Ours was a group of 8 people.

While there was a level of attention to styling the property, there were some really practical/functional matters that detracted from our stay. The daily house service was at best minimal, and at worst not provided. Towels were a big problem; they smelt even after they'd been laundered, and this only got worse because there was one bath towel per person, and this needed to last days; pool towels were hard to get; floor towels didn't seem to be replaced at all; tea towels proved quite difficult to get. Despite being told that dishes would be attended to, this didn't happen so we were doing them, which was fine but wasn't what we had expected. Bathroom bins were not emptied during our five-night stay, and the kitchen bin was small, emptied once per day, and so was frequently overflowing. The property was quite isolated; make sure you know how and where you'll get your supplies (don't think you can pop down the road to the shop). That said, there were no problems getting taxis to the property. Some written information about how housekeeping works and local amenities would be helpful and a kettle or electric jug would be great.

Large villa, large swimming pool, all the rooms were also quite large and had individual ensuites. The Villa also features a sunken lounge living area which is a nice unique experience. The staff was also very welcoming and accommodating of our requests. I misplaced some items at the villa, and the staff was very helpful in organising postage to return the items to me!

The location of the villa is slightly off the main road which makes it difficult to get to if you are not travelling by car/bike (This is also good because the Villa is a bit more secluded as a result) but something to keep in mind

Beautiful villa. Very stylish and the facilities were lovely. The master bedroom.. wow! Massive room with own walking wardrobe / dressing area alongside a massive en suite and balcony. Everything was unreal.
