The Remote Hotel

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und besticht durch seine gepflegte Anlage sowie eine sehr einladende Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das stets bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch eher abgelegen. Für Reisende, die gerne flexibel unterwegs sein möchten, ist ein Mietwagen absolut empfehlenswert. Ohne Auto gestaltet sich die Erreichbarkeit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Stränden etwas schwierig. Der nächste Supermarkt sowie der nächstgelegene Strand befinden sich jeweils etwa 2 Kilometer vom Hotel entfernt.

- The hotel is beautifully designed with thoughtful interior design. It's a great place for a very relaxed holiday. - The bedroom (deluxe pool-facing room) was spacious, with lovely high ceilings. The bed was very comfy, the curtains kept the light out, and both the air conditioning and fan worked well. The balcony was a lovely spot to chill. We really liked the shampooo, shower gel and hand wash. - The pool area was amazing and a great place to relax all day. The pool and shower were both at a good temperature, and there were plenty of sun loungers. I thought the music was a nice touch and wasn't too loud. It never felt crowded, even though there were a few other guests staying at the hotel at the same time. - The sauna is a great addition. - We really appreciated that we were able to check in an hour early when we arrived. Our flight on our last day wasn't until 21:45 so we really appreciated the fact that the staff were able to hold our bags for the day and that we were able to use the facilities after we checked out. Midday checkout is great too as most other hotels are at 10:00. - It's only a 20 minute drive to Dalaman airport (cost us 1040 lira). Appreciated the help to book the taxi too!

- The hotel is quite far from the town center and the beach, especially if you don't have a car. The staff should make the shuttle services more prominent. - The breakfast could have been improved — although tasty, it was too focused on sweet items and should have included more savory options. Only water, Turkish tea and weak filter coffee were included in the price, which felt a bit basic. I would have expected juice and espresso-based coffee to be included at no extra charge. - The restaurant looked great, so we decided to dine there on our last night in Turkey. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. After waiting quite while without being served, we had to go up to the bar to order. It then took over an hour for our food to arrive, and they brought us the wrong dish. The staff offered us dessert, but by that point, it was past 10p, so we just asked for our glasses of wine to be removed from the bill. I would have appreciated a more genuine apology (rather than excuses) and a bigger discount, as this was very disappointing. Both dishes that we got in the end (the prawns and salmon) lacked accompanying vegetables and carbs - we were both still hungry which is shocking given the price. I suggest heading into town for food instead (I'd recommend Dorya, The Kebab Point, and Gözleme Köfte Ev Yemekleri).

The hotel was nice, beautiful design and a peaceful view of the mountains. The staff was friendly but could really have been more service orientated. Compared to other hotels in this price range the service could be improved. The room was spacious and clean.

If you are traveling with kids hotel is close to airport also clean modern and nice. Service was amazing staff are friendly

One of the railings on the staircase was missing a bar, which is dangerous for families with small children. We pointed out the missing bar to the reception. We went with our 3-year-old daughter, and we were very scared when she went through the gap.
