Iro's Residence

Thanks to Konstantinos and Konstantina for our perfect stay and small present😌You are very nice, kind and best owners which we ever met. Hotel was very clean, really smells cleaning. Room size was enough for 2-3 persons, hot water, AC was working fine. They have very good breakfast menu from hot options to fruits, coffee and rich bowls. They care about each type of breakfast option. Everything is exactly same with the photos. Sunset was amazing from our balcony and Agios Konstantinos village is the most peaceful location you might stay. It might seems northern side and a little bit away from main areas such as Kokkari, Samos town but it is very beautiful village itself with sea view, cafes and best restaurant Aiolos. It is close to the best known beaches like Navagos, Lemonakia and so on. If i have option, i give 100 points to Iro’s residence. ευχαριστω πολυ and we would love to come back again.

A big Nothing

The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast served each morning was fantastic, featuring a variety of high-quality foods that were both delicious and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with any requests or concerns we had, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. When we decide to return to Samos, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without any hesitation. The overall experience was so wonderful that I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

There is nothing to add here because everything was absolutely perfect. From the pristine cleanliness of the hotel to the outstanding quality of the breakfast, every detail exceeded our expectations. The variety and taste of the food were exceptional. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, attending to our every need with genuine care. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when I return to Samos. This hotel provided such a flawless experience that it has set a new standard for my future travels.

Amazing place for a holiday providing side sea views from all the rooms. You can see that the building was renovated recently and a lot of work was put into it. Rooms are great and very comfortable, with everything you need. Breakfast is good and you can even have it by the pool. However, the best part is the staff, as Konstantinos is there for anything you need, from a cold beer or cocktail to ordering a taxi. Couldn’t recommend the place enough!

Probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Can’t wait to visit again!

The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They really made us feel at home there. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean and cosy with super comfortable beds. You can sit on the balcony, relax and enjoy the view. Or you can go swimming to the pool or the beach (that is very close). We also appreciated the breakfast, with the broad offer of fresh fruit every day. To be honest, the hotel was beyond our expectations. The location is perfect. Agios Konstantinos is a calm city, with few restaurants along the coast. I can recommend Aiolos - fresh fish and the best tzatziki. The bus stop is closed, so you can easily travel to the other part of the island. And furthermore, Agios is also the starting point of some trail hikes around the mountains. Choosing Samos for our vacation was a great idea because it offers many things that you can do. And the friendly staff in the hotel was the cherry on top!

Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, well thought-out equipment. Had free electric outlets on both sides of the bed, which is sometimes forgotten. Room had both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and the fan was enough for us. Had its own parking space. At the edge of a quiet little village, still walking distance to several tavernas. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasteful and had enough variations

The beach in front of the hotel is not very inviting to swim. The shore is stony, the waves are high and the wind is strong. You will need to go to other beaches to enjoy the sea. There is a small swimming pool, but you would look for the real thing on a Greek island :-) The village is really small, so if you prefer a more lively night life you will need to go other places.

Everything was great! Room was not small and it was so clean. The sea view from our room was great. Breakfast was really good. They are serving different options so you can easily find something for you to eat and drink. It's almost 10 minutes to drive to Kokkari. Nice location nice people.
