Iro's Residence

Konstantina & Konstantine provided excellent attentive service to our group of four. Breakfast was excellent and fresh daily. Pool service was very good, tasty drinks and lunch menu too. Hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated! Beds are very comfortable too! This hotel is in a quiet town close to all restaurants, hiking and beaches!

The room was clean, had good Wi-Fi and really nice sea view from the balcony. The hosts were the best, they were always present when we had any questions. Pool area and the pool itself was clean and nice, the nearest beach was enough if you just want to go swimming.

From the begining of our vacation, we felt like we are staying in our homes considering the cleanness, comfort and of course the hospitality of Konstantina and Konstantinos. They welcomed us with a very warm smiling face and supported us for our requests again with a very warm hospitality. Beyond dispute, they are perfect hosts. On the other hand, the hotel was very clean where i would give above 10 points here if i could and i can easily say that you can stay at Iro's Residence without any doubt about the cleanness. Breakfast was quite good which is more than we expected and range of the products was more than enough. Considering all these points, i can clearly say that we will definitely stay at Iro's Residence on our next Samos trip and advise to our friends to stay.

Perfectly equipped and clean rooms and amenities, including pool area. Welcoming hosts. Very good breakfast. If you prefer sea over the pool, it is 1 min. walk away. The sea is clean ad well, but I'd recommend slippers to walk on the pebbles.

The hotel owners were very friendly and interested.There are trees everywhere and we were alone with nature.Our room had a sea view, it was big and clean.The design was old but tidy.The sea is very stony so I don't recommend it.There are very nice beaches nearby, you can go there.There is a small pool in the hotel, it can be useful to cool off. The breakfast was small but sufficient.The hotel is 10 minutes from the center of Kokkari and 25 minutes from Vathy.We stayed for one night, I would definitely recommend it to guests who love nature and silence.If you are looking for a hotel in a very lively and nightlife place, this place is not for you.You can stay here by renting a car from Pythogorion or Vathy.

Everything was very good , the room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the bath is wide and comfort. Breakfast is good. There is bar in hotel you can eat and drink something near the pool.There is free car park.Silence area for good sleep.Konstantin and Konstantina are very kind and helpful, thanks again. I will stain again in Iro’s residance .

The hotel area was like a piece of heaven with mountains on one side and the sea on the other side. It was a tastefully decorated and renovated old building. The owners of the hotel were responsive to our all needs. The hotel and the room was as clean as our own home. Breakfast was fresh and good enough. Parking space was enough. Close to good beaches by car.

Wish they did not charge us for the two cups of greek coffee we drank on the day we arrived as a sign pf hospitality. Small things do make big differences.
