Les samedi et dimanche, pas de buffet au petit déjeuner : beaucoup moins de choix et beaucoup moins à manger...

The place and the sorroundings are beautiful

The light went off several times so we could not enjoy our stay. The staff blamed problems with the power plant, I guess they had no generators. My general feeling was that the facilities are not well mantained, some furniture in our room was broken or in a bad state and some lamps did not work (besides the fact that the lights went off). Taking into account the price, it was definitely not worth it.

Los mosquiteros estaban rotos y requieren mantenimiento no es posible estar en una zona como la que está el hotel sin mosquiteros adecuados.

The views and the place, being inside the park allows you to go early in the morning to Cabo San Juan and be almost alone. If you want to be inside the park, I’d choose this hotel or another one similar inside the park.

It’s not comfortable at all, many steps, almost no light and the bathroom is in a separate floor, you need to go out of the room if you want to go to your own bathroom. The views are in the terrace but not directly from the room. Breakfast was very limited, I was expecting more options. They were not giving you even complimentary water. I booked a taxi pick up with them and there was no confirmation until very last moment, a person from my previous hotel needed to call them as they were not answering in booking or WhatsApp.

Coupures d'électricité très fréquentes Mousiques ++++ et pas de moustiquaires dans les cabanas Rapport qualité prix à revoir Attention, sachez que si vous reservez ici vous devez soor portez vos bagages pendant 50min sur un sentier limite rando sous 40° Possible de louer des chevaux pour porter les bagages àpres l'entrée du parc prenez un bus (10 min) puis marcher 5 min et arrivée aux chevaux Pas de contact avec l'hotel pour avoir des infos en amont soit disant pb d'electricité mais aucun pb pour les encaissements

El glamp estaba en perfectas condiciones, fue novedoso y muy agradable

Zona muy bonita y tranquila. En plena naturaleza y cerca de las zonas y playas de interés. Para acceder ahí solo se puede ir en caballo o caminando.

El desayuno y cena del restaurante era de muy baja calidad. No había agua. Tardaron mucho en servir los platos y la mayoría de la comida no estaba buena. El servicio por parte de los camareros tampoco fue bueno.

Lamento tener que poner esta puntuación. Me siento ESTAFADA. Cobraron dos veces mi alojamiento y hace 15 días intento ponerme en contacto diariamente por whats app y por booking y no recibo respuesta.
