Hotel Nell - Union Market

Great location walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and great ambiance. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The staff members were so friendly! Locations was great. Lora to eat and do nearby, and a short bike ride to other areas.

It was a very loud hotel; had to use a sound machine for sleep, which wasn’t too bad.

The first room on floor three had an opening where someone can stick a key in an open my door manually versus the card access that I was given. I checked all the other rooms on that floor. This was the only room with this hole. I proceeded to get my room changed on the same floor received my new key to my new room and as I went to go take a shower and use the bathroom I found remains of bowel movements within my toilet not to mention. The parking here is $45 a night. I did not stay.

room was dusty. asked if a different room could be accommodated as my husband’s allergies started flaring up, was told there would be a housekeeping fee added to our reservation since we “used” the room. We’ve been to Nell 10+ times in the last year and this was the first situation that we encountered.

Nice small hotel. Great location.

It was a great experience! Especially the person at the reception was super friendly and helpful! Would stay here again
