Hotel Nell - Union Market

Stayed for a few nights, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is really great and convenient, and the rooftop bar has a nice view and vibe. They gave us coupons for drinks at the restaurant and bar which was really nice. The room sizes are bit small but clean and comfortable enough. It is right by the main road and the walls are very thin so we could hear everything which was the only frustration. It’s a nice distance to the centre and really cool aesthetic.

Everything was clean just to smalll but nice.

The rooms had nice decorations, the hotel was nice and new

Maybe the room could have been more clean. The curtain in the shower was very dark so it was hard to shower if the curtain was fully extended

Staff was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable

The rehab of the facility is well done - some trouble with temperature control for HVAC and some trouble (remedied) with amenities in bathroom

I found a new favorite place to stay while bisiting DC! This place is adorable and the rooftop bar was icing on the cake! Its a half mile walk to the nearest metro, and the Union Market offered many food options! A big thank you to the awesome staff, who were helpful and friendly!

The rooms were amazing, like a fusion between a luxury hotel and a hip & modern apartment. The brunch was delicious and the refreshments were on point.

Parking sucked but we ubered anyway. No big deal.

La déco est sympa

Ils m’ont fait payé 2 fois la chambre. Ils m’ont affirmé que c’était une caution mais en fait c’était bien un paiement par carte Ne répondent pas aux mail pour régler la situation. Par ailleurs le jour du Check out personne à l’accueil à 5:00Am alors qu’on m’avais assuré Il y aurait quelqu’un 24/7. Il y avait même une dame qui appelais l’hôtel avec son portable le téléphone sonnais dans le vide… J’avais un taxi à prendre pour l’aéroport j’ai du partir. Ils ne sont pas digne de confiance et de mauvaise foie.
