Cooperation by Reception staff.

Room size too small, very uncomfortable. Bed and mattress not up to the mark. Hot water facility not proper. We had to wait longer than expected 10 minutes to get the hot water. Bucket in bathroom has to be provided to needy customers

FABULOUS COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST. GREAT PRICE FOR SUCH A PRIME LOCATION. WELL BEHAVE STAFFS. VERY VERY GOOD PLACE AND PRICE FOR FAMILY STAY. ITS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE TO STAY HERE.

"Horrible, a nightmare, will never recommend this property to any one travelling to Kolkata"

There is NOTHING in the property which guests will like. Breakfast -there was very few choice, it was NO WHERE NEAR 4 STAR HOTEL LEVEL mentioned on your website. If BOOKING.COM gives such information on website ,guests will never book hotels thru booking.com. It is not out of place if I mention it was a Cheating. The main entrance was so narrow that my car could not enter, Hotel expected guests should alight with baggage on main road and walk down to reception

Pointwise issues in the Hotel 1.BOOKING.COM wrongly rated property as 4 STAR hotel, it is a NO STAR level 2.There is no Entrance for Cars for Alighting to enter property with baggage 3.Property does not a kitchen for dinner for guests. I was asked to get food thru SWIGGY/ZOMATO. How can someone get food if they arrive late night 4.There is NO ROOM service concept 5.I was in room 503 the wash room was stinking with fowl smell and in bath one side glass was missing ,all water comes out

"It's hard to find good value for money in India"

Staff were helpful and smiling. The breakfast was ok.

No hot water in the shower at nights. Laundry was expensive. Bathroom wasn't the best. Fridge wasn't working
