Location was great and accessible and the staff was helpful.

The quality of product and services was below par for the brand, clean sheets but with spots and most importantly the lack of hot water supply for most of the day.

Breakfast was ok, but in south Indian food, their vendor served a rotten samber. We complaint of this.

There were the lift but staff told that, that lift not goes to first floor. My colleague was senior and his leg was injured. So he faced lot of difficulties to climb stairs. some staff members were good and they helped on checkout time and they put our luggage in a cab and supportive behaviour. Room was fine. But 2nd day in morning dirty water was coming. So they need to check these things. One thing i felt bad there, without our permission they opened our room when we were outside for our work and they changed the badsheets. but they didn't clean the washroom and necessary item of washroom, water bottles and tea coffee items.
