The location of the hotel was incredible -- basically right next to the beach (but not too close that you could hear the music). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in organising transport around Goa, as well as hotel demands (e.g. getting clean towels). Rooms were comfortable and the pool area was very nice. Everything was pretty quiet at night. Overall the hotel was perfect for a mostly beachside holiday with a small amount of travelling around the rest of Goa.

Breakfast was a little lack-lustre, and it would have been nice to have more Western options. The hotel could have been clear which food/drinks could were made using tap water (or local water), and which were made using bottled water (since the tap water will make foreigners ill if they have not been in India for very long).

Close proximity to the beach. Very good breakfast included with the team willing to go the extra mile. Super helpful staff. Great pool. We had the largest suite room which was great.

The drinks menu wasn’t reflective of what was available. Having said that the staff allowed for us to bring in our own drinks with no additional charge. replacing some of the tired bedding would be relatively inexpensive and a good move to improve the experience.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They helped us with so many things. Sid went above board to make sure we were taken care of. Anything you need, they will do their best to help you. They cleaned the room well, and the pool is sparkling. The lobby area is nice.

It was advertised as handicapped accessible. There are too many stairs for it to be that. My husband had some difficulty walking. The restaurant is up 2 flights of about 10 stairs each. When they realized it was difficult, they changed our room to one that was easier to get to. Also, they brought breakfast to the room. So, even though it wasn’t what we thought it would be, they took care of us the best they could. The food was okay… not great but okay.

I came to this hotel with my 75yo Dad and we were just looking for a place where we can relax. We found it in Justa. The staff is exceptional and always went extra mile to help us. The hotel manager Mr. Siddhartha was ready to assist with whatever we needed. The Wi-Fi is working great and everything is very clean. It’s also worth to mention that food is very tasty and in the menu there is plenty positions to picked from. We stayed for 2 weeks and I would recommend this place if you looking for property that keeps high standards for their guests. Thank you!!!

I arrived at property and was 1off 3 people staying At property the property was in renovation there was constantly construction noise right up until 9:30 to me this is unacceptable , I was looking forward to my stay here to unwind from my big trek in Napel Everest Basecamp . To me this was an absolutely disappointing time as I had no down quite time , I constantly had to leave every day and travel elsewhere in order to have some quite time. Breakfast for the first 5 days of my stay was very very limited in fact not much at all , until visitors arrived in the last days were the hotel went out of there way to actually cook some type of Indian breakfast ( accommodating ( assume local visitors) . The amount of dust during this construction renovation time was appalling. This was a disappointment, the staff were great though , I would like to pursue a refund of my moneys please

Location is very good very close to the beach, 2 mins walk. Breakfast was ok, live counter is very good. Overall service is very good. Good restaurants at walking distance.

Rooms and the general hotel area needs some upgrade, looks, feels old. Pool could be cleaner, very slippery tiles and water not very clean.
