Think mediocre and multiply it by 2 and that’s Justa for you. We stayed at their most expensive room thinking it would not disappoint and we were wrong. But let’s talk about the good things first Their cook is amazing, we tried their crab xacuti and chicken carfreal and it wa smush awesome The staff, they are quite helpful and nice but they end up facing the brunt of poor management. That’s about it. and the location

Now the cons: The sad things they are selling as a bathtub is just a pit in the floor, with no handles or any feature required to call it a bath tub. The drain is always choked up so it goes from “bathtub” to gutter pretty soon(photos attached) The shower is almost choked so if you think you will wash of the sand keep dreaming The tap was pretty much broken so shower is all you had The fan runs at a single speed so no flexibility there The bed sheets doesn’t fit the bed so you move a little and then it everywhere and you are directly on the mattress TV has its own mind, switches off whenever it can in its own, poor wiring. And the poor staff no matter how much they try they can’t fix this as looks like the management has spent almost no money on the amenities so it is going to stay broken. If you goal in Goa it to just stay at the beach, then think of Justa coz once you see the rooms you never want to come back in the room soon to stay. If you have absolutely no option in north Goa then go for Justa but make sure you take their lowest cost room coz a 4K room and 7k room has no difference

Pictures online are probably old.. the property doesn’t look like it does on pictures.. it is not as luxurious at all.. Room was not very clean, quite dusty. Food was Terrible
