Its a basic hotel.

I didn't liked the culture of the hotel. The hotel will give you the feeling that they don't trust you. I booked the hotel through booking.com for the period 14 April to 19 April 2024. I paid the 50% amount sought by the hotel to confirm the booking. But when we reached the hotel, they insisted me to pay the balance 50% amount. That was too awkward. I said, I will pay the balance amount along with the food or any other charges, if any while checking out. But they did't listen to me. The worst part came at the time of check out on 19Th April 2024, when I requested to present the final bill. To my utter surprise the staff at the counter at that time, presented many old bills (of other guests who stayed in the same room in the month of March-2024.) Initially I didn't checked the dates but the food items they were charging. I asked my wife and the driver, but they refused to consume any thing. Then by they way checked the date. So they were playing the tricks by attaching the bills of the same room but of other guests who stayed earlier. This is totally an act of cheating and mistrust.

Slow response from staff

The rooms were spacious.

Everything. It was just an upscale lodge. It is difficult to classify it as a hotel. It is a marriage destination, doing business as a hotel when they have a vacancy. The chairs and tables were dirty with food marks.
