food - only very few items were kept, no choices. cleanliness - lot of red ants spoiled my medicine and food items which were kept in the room. i could not have my medicine.

Room service was extremely good and they delivered promptly . Buffet breakfast can be improved as very few options and taste can be improved. They served dosa and sambar, poha with tarri and alu poori on first day. medu vada sambhar which was good and poha tarri. They also served boiled eggs, fruits, bread and jam.

We had booked 3 rooms in September end however was allotted 2 rooms on 1 floor and the 3rd room on another floor. The 3rd room was with 2 single beds but we had booked all 3 rooms with double bed. Since they said its all full they will change the 3rd room the next day which was good. First day breakfast, Sambhar was not good on 1st day. Second day breakfast was sabudana khichdi ,which was not cooked properly and feedback was given immediately to chef.

AWESOME The moment i entered the property, Receptionist greeted us and as the room was taking a bit to time as we demanded early check in the staff provided hot tea n coffee. The room we were provided were clean, bed linens were clean too. Staff were quick and polite, and the food was the best thing in property. Chicken starters were delicious and biryani was just epic. Thank-you Median Inn was this wonderful stay. If i ever want to stay in nagpur, Median inn it is.

Old and worn out bed linen and duvet and towels were unkempt and dirty.

Staffs were good, Rooms were clean and comfortable

Breakfast was at par. , They did not allow to carry won food.

Good in services supportive staff specially for food section the staff made jain breakfast for us I enjoyed it. BEST HOTEL AND CONNECTIVITY,BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME. I had a great stay for one night, great location for this price. Staff is courteous, clean ambience, nice breakfast.. Neat clean but very small rooms.. location is good.

Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.
