"Clean but poor location and poor availability of 'basics'"

This hotel was extremely clean and the facilities were excellent. Staff were lovely and as helpful as they could be.

I struggled with its location, which is very far from cental Sylhet (albeit it is very close to the airport). I couldn't get some basics, like small snacks or even a can of soda. I had to buy from the bar by the glass! There were also no sugar-free drink-options.

"One of the best global 5* hotels I have stayed in"

Coming from a background where Sylhet is my hometown and the fact that I travel a lot and stay in 4-5 star hotels, I felt a great sense of pride to see the hotel facilities very much in par with international property. It was clean, service was great and rooms were spacious with breath taking views.

The check in process was a bit confusing. But staff eent out of there way to meet our needs with early check-in and upgrading our room.
