"It was good to stay but some more are expected such as Netflix, Prime Video ,YouTube & some paid video facilities sh"

Location & behaviour of staff

Facilities ,food, AC’s odd sound, quality of toothpaste, brush etc should be improved & also shaving Razor should have been there. Floor mat should be comparatively better

I like the service it was best Mr. Balln Fahim is a great employee he is very knowledgeable and very professional. The hotel is very clean and nice. I don’t like one thing about this hotel food is not good and price is really high.

We absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. The hotel itself is a reasonable place with decent facilities, but what really makes this place great is the staff. From the manager Robin to the security, we felt like they gave all guests VIP treatment. They were fantastic about giving advice and support when required. The front desk staff were particularly supportive. I even joked that I wish I could take the staff for my businesses! Good luck and if we ever come back to this beautiful part of the world again Sylhet will be top choice.
