Hotel should focus on clensiness, maintain clean, fresh and a nice smelling environment. This is the only 5 star hotel we have in sylhet. The investors have spent alot of money on this hotel, but I can see the management of the hotel is poor. It's only a matter of time everything's going to be dirty and run down completely, then this place will become a 2 star or maybe a 3 star hotel. I can see this happening in the near future.

Poor internet wifi connection in room, cuts off after every 10 minutes. Complained about Internet connection over 100 times and they kept sending technician over to the room who was unable to solve the problem. Hotel room and corridors were smelly, there was a lack of cleaning. Buffet food needs to improve, I had to wait 1 hour in order to check in to the hotel and had to argue with management, they couldn't find my reservation which I booked with booking.com and wanted to send me away, it was very frustrating for me as I just landed in Bangladesh and wanted to just relax in my room as I couldn't sleep on the flight. In the end they found my booking and apologised.
