"Lovely house with great location"

Really clean, great location and lovely bathrooms.

Only criticism was that the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was too hard for my taste. I realise that some people like a firm mattress so perhaps a memory foam topper might be handy for those who prefer a softer bed.

Fantastic place, very well equipped. Very large and cosy. with everything needed end even more. Ideal place to play historic golf courses all around.

"Excellent town house had everything we needed + great location only 200yd to harbour the local park."

Only thing I would suggest is fitting a door stop behind entrance door, only a matter of time before the wall get damaged.

Clean , modern house in the town. Location excellent. House was comfortable and perfect for our NY break, excellent value for money too. Would 100% stay again

Nothing For others considering this if you don’t do stairs don’t book ..steep , narrow staircase up to living room/kitchen then another to the 2nd bedroom

Flemings Yard is a beautiful townhouse which is very well equipped and presented. It was a lovely surprise to find a Christmas Tree which made our festive holiday.

The description needs to be amended to explain that both bathrooms are on the ground floor, as this may cause issues for anyone utilising the bedroom on the top floor.
