"Excellent"

Although a small boutique hotel it was a quiet and clean hotel. Rooms were small but nice. The staff was excellent. I only wished that they had a laundry area available. Otherwise, the location was so close to Nishiki Market and shopping areas.

"A wonderful place to recharge."

Great location: quiet and close to shopping and mass transportation stops. The staff was great: friendly and did not hesitate to help. The room was clean and quite modern. Good and convenient restaurant next door. Price was just right.

"Great boutique hotel near Nishiki Market"

We liked everything about this hotel: the location, comfort of the beds/pillows, pajamas (in fact, I purchased a pair to take home), amenities, size of the room, and especially the coffee cafe, Common Well, off the lobby. This is hotel we would revisit. The only odd thing about our room was the very large glass window that was completely frosted. We had lovely day light, but couldn’t see out the window to even check the weather.

Hotel staff’s service was impeccable. We came early, so we wanted to leave our luggages there while we explored Nishiki market which was nearby. The staff helped us to keep our luggages and said they’ll deliver the luggages to our room which was a nice touch. On top of that, when we checked in, they had a little welcome snack at the lounge with tea and sweets for us. The toiletries offered were also of great quality as compared to the usual ones provided at other hotels. The hotel was really close to Nishiki market and relatively close to the main shopping district too. Was a little bit of a walk though with luggages from the nearby stations.

"Modern hotel with stylish rooms"

We stayed here for 2 nights in August, really well located for public transport and within a couple of minutes walk from the Nishiki Market. Our room was large and modern. There were really nice touches included. Staff were really friendly and helpful when our suitcase wheel broke. The restaurant next door was lovely. We'd definitely recommend a stay here.
