Room AC was misbehaving and tripping all the time, though promptly attended by maintenance staff, but it did not work. They need to check it seriously and thoroughly

Especially the ambience and the cleanliness of the entire campus. Service is meticulous and well managed . Staff are curtious and trained well to be smart with customers.

The complimentary breakfast is not up to the standard located in a small place without moving space. 6-7 stairs are there down to the breakfast service area which is uncomfortable for many aged people. It's better to relocate the area for a better experience. Further the varieties served in the buffet of breakfast is also limited which is found not matching the star hotel standard

Stay was pleasant, food was good - not excellent.

The approach road was cramped and entrance to the hotel is not very comfortable.

I stayed at IKON Annapoorna three times during April 2026. As a visitor from Australia, I was very impressed with the room design, comfort and layout, plus the quality of finish and fixtures. The level of customer service at both the hotel and the level two Kove restaurant, was a pleasure to experience.. As a guest they made me feel valued and special requests were actioned without hesitation. The front desk reception staff, the porter named Beema and restaurant manager Senthil, were great examples of what all hotels should aspire to. I would recommend this place, without hesitation. This is my second holiday in India and I am pleased to say, that this was the best hotel I've stayed at.

One of my stays was on level 4, which I found to be a bit noisier than the upper levels. However, the room quality and comfort was just as good.
