A lovely light contemporary space that felt luxurious in a great location

If your group has multiple tall people the smaller bed and bedroom maybe a bit of a challenge

The apartment was lovely, very well equipped for self catering. Great layout. We used it over Xmas; very spacious, comfortable, complimentary Toiletries etc. We had a couple of minor issues but pointed this out to owners immediately but it didn't affect our enjoyment of the apartment. Temperature can be adjusted but we had no issues with it, it was a comfortable setting.

We parked in the nearest car park which does have issues, then found out we could park on the street on BH, so managed to move the car. The entrance to the property could be made to look more welcoming . There is a walk into town, pubs nearby but if you want to go to main areas then wear comfortable footwear.

Slow WiFi, noisy pub opposite on the Friday night, to be expected though so not really a complaint. Sadly noisy next door in back garden until late, not so great but obviously would not be a regular occurrence.

My friend and I liked pretty much everything about the flat. It’s close to the Royal Crescent and walking distance to everywhere in Bath. The flat itself is a good size, very well furnished and comfortable. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen is more than adequate and has everything you would need.

The drainage would occasionally throw up unpleasant smells, so we'd have to air out the flat. There was not enough space for four people to hang their towels in the bathroom. There were far too many pillows in both rooms and too many couch cushions. The TV is a little small.

The beds were comfortable and the location was good.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. When we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the place, and the toilet brush and toilet weren’t properly cleaned. There were also several maintenance issues, like a mini fridge with a door nearly falling off and a vacuum cleaner full of dirt left in the small bedroom. I contacted the apartment managers and sent them pictures, but we managed to deal with the smell ourselves. I really hope these issues get addressed for future guests, as it didn’t reflect the value I was expecting.

The location is central and no more than a 5-10pm walk before reaching main areas of Bath. Great restaurant/ pub across the road in The Chequers.

Although clean in the main areas and well presented some aspects were grubby particularly high touch point areas such as around the handle on the bathroom door and others. Communication with host was not the quickest or best. Messages via booking.com not answered. Text the number and was told for emergencies only and to message again via booking.com but still long delays in answering or did not answer at all during our stay. Not reassuring if we really needed them.
