Very nice, clean caravan, the kids loved the little pond nearby when the geese and ducklings came. Great location near many facilities, and short drive to Skegness

Warm caravan, clean and good location on the site.

The caravan looked a little tired. The fabric of the deck chairs was breaking and just generally would benefit from some updating.

The location was great and the owner was lovely it's a good base plenty of fans as it was a warm weekend . Site is good plenty to do with kids and our dog loved it

I had to clean the oven before use but rest was fine
