Despite some overall limitations, there were two positive aspects worth highlighting. The room was very quiet, which ensured a peaceful and restful night. In addition, Francisco, a member of the hotel staff, provided excellent service — he was attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and kindness made a positive difference in the experience.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. One of the main issues was the lack of an on-site restaurant or any option to offer breakfast or other meals, which is quite inconvenient for guests. We were directed to have breakfast at a restaurant located in another hotel, but the experience there was very disappointing. The staff member who attended us, named Eduardo, was extremely rude and unwelcoming, which negatively impacted our stay. The breakfast was always the same, very limited and weak in variety, with no new options, which becomes quite repetitive and unappealing for guests staying more than one day. Additionally, the hotel itself feels unfinished. There is a clear lack of care and attention to details, both inside and outside the property. Several aspects of the facilities and common areas seem incomplete or poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel requires significant improvements in structure, service, and guest experience. The shower water temperature is very unstable — it is either extremely hot or very cold, with no middle ground, making it impossible to have a calm and comfortable shower.

Stunning view, the bed was so comfortable. The waterfall showers were also an amazing feature of the rooms. It was amazing to wake up in the middle of the night and see the magnetic volcano even in the dark.
