Unable to rate the staff and service as I never interacted with anyone on the property. The stay was great, rooms were wonderful and comfortable, and the property was beautiful.

Clean comfortable room. Went in off season but the area seemed nice

The hotel and grounds are great. Located right across from a grocery store and restaurant. Loved that pets were welcome. Definitely will stay again

The electric key just does not work with UK phones. They know this but comms were continually referring to it. They made the solution far too difficult. The solution was check in at the sister Hotel. That's all they had to tell you instead of constantly referring to the electric key. very frustrating and left arrival as a bit of a hit and miss affair.

Rates are the best in Edgartown. Rooms are super cute.

Cleaning is sketchy, maintenance issues (toilet paper holder and soap dispenser had fallen off the wall and no one fixed) - hotel practically empty, not like they were pressed for time. No front desk - remote key on app hasn’t worked for me the last 3 visits (I’ve stayed there prob 8x). Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on your view of security), other doors are open for easy access. As a solo woman traveler, I kind of don’t love that.
