Just missed not having small refrigerator

Very homey feel. Right across is an excellent restaurant - Towne.

We loved our stay at the Franklin. We needed a hotel that was pet friendly. This place was perfect.

Very nice. No staff on site except cleaning team. App did not open outside doors.

Clean, new, modern room. Nice self serve kitchen area . Friendly, helpful staff.......STEPHANE and Mgr CARLOS

Had no issues checking in and laying pet fee at the front desk across the street. App worked fine and keycards were ready on the bed. It was no issue with our dogs, parking was also very easy, plenty of spaces and no hassle with passes or entrance gates. Room servicing is request only via text and it was promptly done for us when we did request it. Only negatives I’d say was no water or coffee machines in the room. But grocery store basically across the street and tons of great coffee spots in downtown Edgartown. Will definitely look at this place to stay again, with or without our dogs.

Good spot / value

The place was very clean and updated, 1/2 mile walk to the main town that was nice, restaurants everywhere, rooms are way too small for the price you pay for a night stay. It’s almost impossible to move around in the room that how small they are. We are not big people,
