"For a budget priced property the place was adequate te"

Location if you had a car was excellent. Comfortable bed

The place was not very clean and was run down. The garden was overgrown

Location was lovely

House was freezing and owners had put boiler on a timer and taken the knobs of the boiler was absolutely freezing in there

"AVOID THIS PLACE."

Absolutely nothing. Disappointed from the start. Scrap cars on driveway, overgrown rear garden, falling down shed and fence. DID NOT STAY. Pity I can only load 4 pictures of this disgracefully presented house.

So bad we didn't stay. Place had not been cleaned. Informed owner and sent pictures. Totally disinterested. Complained to booking.com and travel nest. Nothing.

Nothing, we have registered a complaint and are waiting fir a full refund. We did not stay at the property

The property was poorly kept, there was evidence of damp, scrapped cars in the front garden, it was unclean, bed sheets stained the garden overgrown

not very close to centre of chester but i drive so it wasn't a massive issue

Little further out of town than thought but actually very cheap in taxi and no parking issues in city centre
