A cozy cottage on the North Norfolk coast

Location was great .

Being 6ft2 tall the very low kitchen entrance without any warning or protection was a challenge on a few occasions.

Great cottage in the heart of Brancaster Staithe. Easy walk to the harbour and two great pubs.

Amazing view from main bedroom window. Lovely bright kitchen. Great location for wandering to Brancaster Staithe and the White horse.

Perfect location for us with walks along the marshes & between 2 fab pubs, we found the beds comfortable too !

Lots of cobwebs everywhere, the garden was uncared for, leaves and debris on and around the patio. The patio and garden furniture covered in pigeon poo. Tried to hose down the patio area to clean the surface and tried cleaning bird droppings to garden furniture but hose pipe leaking inoperable and ineffective. Bedroom 2 too small for a double bed, approximately 6 inch gap from base of bed to wall. Overall it’s obvious especially at the start of the holiday season that no one had ensured that the property was in tip top condition. Expensive and poor value for money.

Clean bedding and towels! Enclosed garden for our dog.

Stairs steep and no upstairs bathroom. Stair gates were essential, thank you!

A cozy, comfortably cottage, well equipped and with a lovely garden to sit in. Very convenient for beaches and restaurants.

A small point, but both front bedroom windows were stuck shut - would like to have opened them at night in unusually hot weather!
