A cozy cottage on the North Norfolk coast

We had a lovely time here and it is by far our favourite place to stay away from home

Snug, wecoming, modernised cottage still with period features. A homey feeling throughout, well stocked for a longer stay. Lovely thought-out pieces of decor. The owner was very helpful. We loved this cottage and wished we'd booked it for another week.

My only problem was the stairs as I have arthritus. There is one shower room with a toilet plus another separate toilet room, both on the ground floor.

Location

Location excellent , short walk to harbour , good pubs and local shop. Walking distance along a boarded path over the wetlands to fabulous huge beach . The cottage is so pretty with its sash windows . It gave me a lovely, comfortable feeling. Like staying at your Grandma's . Furnishings are a mix of vintage and modern . Front room cosy and plenty of space for us all to sit . The kitchen is well equipped. We loved the big dining table that we could all fit around easily. Very good shower . The garden is also a lovely place to sit out . Especially first thing in the morning for a brew so peaceful. We all loved our stay at the cottage . We also loved Brancaster Staithe, a new part of the world for us . However one we will definitely return to

Absolutely beautiful little cottage ideally located, very clean and well presented and the owner is extremely helpful, the garden is great as well and our dog was unhappy to leave.

I can't think of anything we didn't like

Very cosy cottage in a great location to explore the north Norfolk coast. While on main road it was very quiet.
