Liked the area and the convivence of walking to town. The lady that met was above and behind helpful. So sweet. The place is old and quant but adequate for the area.

"Great place to stay in Red River"

We liked the fact that this location was only about a mile from the center of Red River, so it was close enough to everything but not in the middle of the busy/noisy area. The property has a cool authentic lodge feel, with wood paneling and rustic touches. it was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

This is the first time I have ever experienced a remote check-in. Make a reservation, pay online, get a code to get in the room, Take the trash out when you leave. Never saw a soul. Guess It is a good thing we didn't need any service. Room was small and dated, no AC but at that altitude it wasn't uncomfortable. Electrical outlets were scarce and not strategically located.
