There was no air conditioning in the room and you had to use a code that is texted to you to get into the room which was not the best system because internet is not available near the town.

Terrible bed, the couch was as hard as a rock.

I hate to give a bad review to a small business. This unfortunately was one of our worst motel stays ever. When we got there the maintenance lady greeted us & meantioned matenance issues that day. She did check to see if we had clean towels. However in the moment we both overlooked the paper goods. So we went out on the town for the evening. On returning I did realize there was not enough toilet paper or paper towel to last through the evening. By this time there was no other employees on the property, that we could tell. There is no office on the property. We knocked on the "employee only door" to see if we could find help.(no luck) We used the paper sparingly throughout the night with hope to get with house keeping early the next morning. Still no luck. On returning for the evening there was not a parking spot for us. We had to wait until someone left before we found a spot.The hot & cold shower valves are backward. Took a minute to realize why my shower wouldn't get hot. Then as we get ready for bed we pull the couch bed out for my kids. The bottom springs are broken off & the mattress just falls to the floor. My kids had to lay the mattress on the floor to sleep. The room wasn't dirty but definitely needs some updates. The overall building appearance is run down. It was an extremely warm sleep, even with the windows open & a box fan blowing in. However we were thankful they provided a box fan. I get it, NM has cooler nights & most places dont offer AC. Overall not great!

Great trip

Quiet and close to everything. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean!! Golf course nearby. Pagosa Springs five minute drive Lots to do in area.

Clean rooms and roomy. Beds are comfortable. Nice parking area for my side by side and trailer
