The showers were excellent

We arrived without a code for the key. They sent the code but it didn't work. I tried the back door; it had a red light. I called and left a message. I sent a text. I sent an email. It took 2 hours for staff to respond by text. If you don't have access to a reservation, it's a huge problem and frustration. 2 hours!!!

Great location

The location was great, so good to be able to walk to the boardwalk. The beds were comfy, and the home was clean.

We were promised a coffee maker, and there was none on premise. There were filters for a drip coffee maker, but no machine in the kitchen. When I messaged, I was told someone would deliver one the following day, but that didn't happen. Kitchen dish soap dispenser was empty and no kitchen towels, paper towels or potholders at all. I felt the kitchen could have been slightly better stocked, or info given that I would've brought my own. Additionally, the walls are very thin and noise from the other apartments was an issue late at night.

Parking was confusing. Need better signs to show which unit parks where. Tvs only offer streaming. Floors were a lil dirty. No one to speak with. Delayed responses.
