"Nice and clean but we were too hot"

The room was lovely and clean. Checkin was easy and convenient

We had a compact room, but it was too small. The weather was exceptionally hot for late May, but there was no air conditioning or fan to help cool us down. The window could only be left half open overnight as the other side protruded too far into the room so my husband would almost certainly have walked into it when he got up during the night.

Praktische Lage, schönes Appartment, gute Ausstattung, bequemes Bett

Der Eingangsbereich gleicht einer Baustelle (Farbeimer etc.), das ist wenig einladend. Ein geteilter Außenbereich wäre noch schön. Leider ließ der Service zu wünschen übrig, daher keine volle Punktzahl. Hatte mich digital mehrfach wg der Kaffeemaschine gemeldet, leider kam niemand und hat sie getauscht/repariert.

Pulizia della struttura, pareti rovinate e moquette molto rovinata, luce del bagno scarsa sullo specchio, tende non completamente oscuranti ma soprattutto mancanti sulla finestra lato cucina

"Photos are deceiving - in poor repair and bug infestation"

Looks so nice in photos but on a very busy street, the carpet entry had massive holes in it and our room was INFESTED with flies, it was so disgusting.
