Sehr moderne und saubere Ausstattung. Fitnessstudiopass inklusive.

Tv hing schief und lief von Beginn an nicht. Erst nach langem Support über WhatsApp ging es. Ebenso wie der Wasserkocher, welcher immer wieder die Sicherung hat rausfliegen lassen. Keine täglicher Zimmerservice zur Reinigung inklusive. Kein Personal vor Ort. Probleme werden somit nicht sofort angegangen.

Recht zentrale Lage, aber an der Hauptstraße, neue Einrichtung, aber noch nicht ganz fertig im Erdgeschoss, flexibler Check-in aber ohne Handy und Internet geht nichts, nicht mal die Tür auf

Sogar fürs Tür öffnen jedes Mal erst die App im Handy starten, Buchungsnummer raussuchen... Die Hauptstr ist Recht laut, nichts für geöffnete Fenster, aber die Fenster sind Recht schalldicht. Die Putzfrau stand kurz nach 8 einfach in unserem Zimmer, nicht gut.

"Perfect accomodation if you don’t mind the street noise."

Beautiful and spacious flat. Very tasteful and modern design. Perfect amenities and appliances. The only issue was the location - my room oversaw a highly frequented street with loud traffic. Very very inconvenient. As much as I loved the apartment, I couldn’t bear wit the sound nuisance.

Clean. Comfy

Bad online check-in system. Took a long time and was wrong at the end anyway, since it was not possible to get an overview. Wrong people, wrong passports etc
