Zimmer, Personal war zufriedenstellend

Es gab ein Missverständnis bei der Buchung. Die Hotelbar und Terasse hat um 23h keine Gäste mehr angenommen, obwohl die Öffnungszeiten bis 00.00 angegeben war. Die Begründung war, es wären keine Gäste mehr dort, was nicht stimmte und wir eine Gruppe von 9 Hotelgäste waren. Auch das Front desk Team zeigte sich nicht hilfsbereit und traute der Aussage des Barmanns, obwohl wir 2 min zuvor oben waren, es noch mindestens 10 Gäste dort waren

Zentrale Lage, sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Dachterrasse und Frühstück im 5. OG mit Ausblick

Bad ist etwas eng, kein Mineralwasser mit Gläsern am Zimmer, Frühstück ist etwas einfach und könnte mehr Auswahl bieten.
