It was in an excellent location in Ulm. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and modern.

No tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast had limited choice.

"Sehr sauberes, frisch renoviertes Hotel in bester zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage"

Umfangreiche Brot/Brötchen/Stückchen sowie Marmeladen-Auswahl, qualitativ sehr gut. Frisches Obst, diverse Säfte und Getränke. Wunderbare Lage mit hervorragender Dachterrasse (Rooftop Bar) und leckeren Drinks mit Blick auf das Ulmer Münster.

Die Käse- und Wurst-Auswahl zum Frühstück hätte umfangreicher sein können; sonst gibt es nichts zu mäkeln

Das Hotel war außergewöhnlich, der Loungebereich und die Dachterrasse ein Erlebnis, das Frühstück sehr okay, das Personal sehr hilfreich! Die zentrale Lage neben dem Münster ein Hit!

Echter Minuspunkt: Die Zufahrt zum Hotel war auf Grund der Verkehrsverhältnisse und Baustellen nervenaufreibend, keine vernünftigen Informationen bezüglich Umleitungen, da hilft auch kein Navi weiter. Kein Parkplatz in Hotelnähe! Man dürfte nicht einmal halten, um das Gepäck zu entladen. Es gibt nur Tiefgaragen im Zentrum. Also ist man mit einigem Gepäck zu Fuß unterwegs. Die Rathausgarage ist aber außergewöhnlich komfortabel und großzügig angelegt.

"Wij zouden dit hotel aanraden!"

De ligging, super centraal met uitzicht op de kerk. Dichtbij parkeren. Ontzettend leuk dakterras met eveneens uitzicht op de kerk. Bargedeelte en tevens ontbijtzaal erg speels en gezellig ingericht. Leuk sfeertje en zoals op de foto’s! Vriendelijk personeel van receptionist tot barman. Hotelkamer vrij compact. Vooral de badkamer was klein, maar alles aanwezig en voor één nacht meer dan prima. Ook hier weer leuke inrichting, prachtige lampen ;) Ontbijt voldoende keuze. Ruime lobby - mogelijkheid om bagage achter te laten.

Tv kregen we niet aan de praat. Zagen de hele tijd vissen ;) Geen mogelijkheid om Netflix te streamen

"Ideale Lage für Stadtbesichtigungen"

Zentrale Lage; alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Modernes Hotel, insbesondere die Rooftop Bar besticht mit Ambiente und Design sowie mit einer Terrasse mit direkten Blick auf das Münster.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein; zweckmäßig aber minimalistisch ausgestattet (z.B. Ablageflächen). Insbesondere das Bad fällt für ein DZ sehr klein aus. Am Hotel gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Die umliegenden öffentlichen Parkhäuser sind relativ teuer. Aufgrund zahlreicher Baustellen im Umfeld war die Anfahrt trotz Navi kompliziert.
