Hôtel très bien situé mais très mal insonorisé pour les chambres coté ville. Personnel attentif et sérieux qui a fait son maximum. Chambre de taille correcte, propre, bonne literie et restaurant attenant.

The hotel location is convenient and the room is clean. The front desk reception are very helpful. I was injured and the front desk helped us getting the medical attention.

Très bel hôtel et bien placé.

This is a newish property w a nicely decorated rooms. Despite all the 5 star grades however, the hotel is promoted as 'boutique'. It's not. It's only a nice little hotel with nice decor. The hotel has no buzz, nowhere to chill or relax with a glass of wine (except the restaurant on the main floor which is closed until about 7 pm. Boutique hotels where I come from are about atmosphere. This place has none. Guest service was pretty "OK" but special 5 STAR mention to Andrea, the helpful and young front desk agent, concierge who really understood the meaning of hospitality. I would recommend this hotel for all of the reasons given in my rating, but if you are looking for the 'cool-factor' - this is not the place.

This was a very good basic hotel. The location is very convenient to the tram. Service was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Keystone Boutique Hotel are incredibly kind and welcoming. They were happy to answer all of our questions and greeted us warmly every time we saw them. The hotel room was impeccably clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful terrace attached to our room and plenty of space to store our things. The breakfast in the hotel was also a great way to start the day with many options. I would love to stay here again when I return to Lyon!

Luktade illa i korridoren på högsta våningen.

This was a fantastic hotel a short distance from the city centre but not too far. We were allowed an early check in and found the receptionist really helpful in advising us of good local places to get lunch (spot on) and alternatives for the tram strike that was on, even offering to arrange a taxi for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and I will definitely book again as and when I return to Lyon or the surrounding area.
