We showed up at 6pm, hours after our check in and were told our room is not ready yet. We told them we have to change and leave immediately as we were visiting for a concert. They were finally able to accommodate us but took unnecessarily long for us checking in after our check in time. Also there was construction happening in the lobby

Bel hôtel avec belle chambre bien qu’un peu petite mais calme. Personnel serviable et petit déjeuner de qualité

Need more staff during breakfast. Had to wait for plates. Scramble eggs were cold even at 7:00 am. Needed some gluten-free items available for breakfast. Needed menus in English. We ate 2 dinners at the hotel that were excellent! The staff at the front desk were very professional and cordial!

La cama cómoda, baño amplio e iluminado. Todo muy moderno. Cerca del hotel hay hermosos lugares, es un área segura y tranquila

The staff, in particular Karim, went above and beyond to accommodate us. He sprang into action to come rescue us when we had a parking snafu at a garage. He was ever ready with help and information. I will be writing to management to commend him.

This was a very nice hotel. La Confluence is a bit of a dead nieghborhood, but Lyon is easy to get around, and there are a lot of parking options nearby if you drive into the city.

The hotel is 1 year old and all is perfect.the front desk and the breakfast room has real people who are friendly and sincere and are eager to help w any request!you are 4 min to the 2trams which take you to the city and u can get a metro to the old town.less than 2 blocks away is Confluence shopping center which is amazing w shops,restaurants and cinemas.A perfect stay
