Excellent location. Short walk into town. Fabulous house. Excellent welcome from Tom the host and really good communication considering we travelled on the day of booking. The communal kitchen is great and a “croissant breakfast” is available if ordered before 8pm I believe.

Schöne Küche für Selbstversorger und Aufenthaltsräume, sogar mit Billiard. Bequeme Betten, sehr ordentlich und sauber. Da könnte sich das ein oder andere 4 Sterne Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden von 😁

Our room and bathroom was excellent. We had a lovely time making use of the kitchen, playing records in the dining room and playing pool and instruments in games room. Great location with Moffat being our favourite town in this part of Scotland.

There was nothing we disliked.
