"Worst trip ever!!"

It was pretty

It was dirty, linen had big brown stains, WiFi didn’t work, host was not available on call, had to communicate via text, blinds remote was out of battery, couldn’t close the blinds for an hour

Location. That's it.

I have stayed in this building so many times and this is the worst apartment l have unfortunately had the pleasure to stay in. I had to repeatedly request check in information from the host and 3 times he said he will be sending it in a few minutes and 3 times he didn't. He eventually sent me the information almost 2 hours after my check in time. No apology, nothing. There were no cushions on the couches, no dust pan, remotes weren't working or missing batteries. The towels had holes in them and they were so rough and creased l really wondered why someone would expect their guests to use those towels. The wall clock wasn't working and the curtains mechanism had issues, curtains couldn't close properly. I wish l could add more pictures on here to show how bad this place was when l stayed there.

Honestly the location of these apartments were great. The only great thing.

There are no glasses in the flat. The couches are dirty and the apartment has a foul smell when you enter. We booked a 3 bedroom unit but got told it wasn't available for our dates and then had to move to a 2 bedroom unit. We did how ever receive a refund for the unit after fighting with the owner. He doesn't answer phone calls, and responds to whatsapp on his own time.
