"Exceptional"

The apartment is up to standard and of high level.

The bedding is was very very very very dirty and disgusting in such a way that it had a sweat smell. I reported to the owner and there was no response. I had to use it for two days

Nothing

No backup electricity when there is public power cut. There was no Airconditiioner to cool the house especially this summer time when the weather is very hot. There was no staff who was coming to clean the room until we left. Finally, we had to dry towel to clean ourselves after taking bath.
