Panoramic View Hotel

The rooms as well as hotel premises were clean. The balcony, restaurant and the terrace have awesome views of mountains. Staff were friendly and accommodating all the requests.

Best view, amazing rooftop and friendliest staff. Abel and the team for the restaurant are so kind and flexible! The rooms are great and spacious, with big bathrooms and great showers. It is very cozy to have our own balcony. We only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the unique rooftop more!

Nothing negative to point out.

The location, the view from the room, the comfort, the facilities and especially the staff at reception who are an incredibly nice team.

The restaurant service needs to improve and their prices need to come down a bit especially on the additional charges.

- the view from our room was just STUNNING. what a sunset! - staff was very welcoming and friendly. always looking to help. - we particularly enjoined the tour the hotel organised for us. the tour guide and the driver were both great! and I would recommend that experience to any of my friends visiting Lalibela - at night they prepared some traditional honey wine for us (thanks!!) as well as a bonfire to sit around and chat. Abel and Wundemo (hope I spelt their names correctly!) were a great company to have around the fire!

wifi could be stronger but I guess there’s only so much they can do with the local infrastructures

Extremely beautiful view from the balcony and terrace, peaceful location. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

Wifi in the rooms did not work, it only worked at the reception.
