Great bar staff. Very friendly. Beer in good condition. Pizza excellent.

The bed was small. Common areas scruffy.

The room was clean and tidy

The restaurant was not open because there was a private function on. The private function was a wedding party which had a band and very loud guests shouting and singing , right below our room. I wish we would have been informed. We had to find somewhere to get dinner which was not easy because we arrived quite late.

Photos on booking totally mis represented Our room was tiny had dirt on floor cobwebs in windows unable to open window , room hot and stuffy , kept hitting head on light in ceiling , toilet so small , hit elbows on vanity basin Water fluctuates Water jug had mould in bottom , breakfast glass had lipstick still on it Room was very noisy over bar and road traffic in morning despite says sound proofing No meals available Monday , Tuesday and for us Wednesday as booked out private function Limited parking despite being advised as a guest be assured a place Breakfast oily , undercooked and unpalatable , sign on hotel says delicious meals daily. Staff were not helpful and seemed to brush off Paid full price for obvious false promises and in fact at time of checkin advertised price on booking.com was £35 less Would not recommend , 2nd worse hotel we’ve stayed in around the world

Location was good as we had just come off the ferry in Dover. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom, specifically the basin, was a tad "cosy"!

Staff were great, breakfast is 2 options Continental or English. Room was clean, Pub downstairs was very nice and I couldn't hear anything from the Pub in the room either. Neighborhood is a delightful place to walk around, beautiful stream and park 5 minutes away. Convenience store on the corner. There was always a parking spot available and we needed it.
